    Spring welcomes warm weather in a serene and tranquil atmosphere. June is a great month to visit this popular area of Sardinia because though the weather is already warm the island is still fairly quiet.

    This is a once of a lifetime opportunity to connect with yourself and forge new friendships through daily yoga, meditation, sound healing and breathwork. 

    Yoga is the union of body, mind, and spirit. Here you will find the conditions that will allow you to release the stress and busyness of your day to day existence and step into your life in a more meaningful and heart centred way.

    OPTIONS TO CONSIDER

    • Stay an extra night in Olbia or any of the gorgeous nearby villages
    • Hire a car for the week to be free to explore the coast. 

    WHAT TO BRING

    • Bring a yoga mat if you prefer to use your own
    • Comfortable clothing, yoga attire, warm layers, walking shoes, all toiletries, swimwear, sun protection, notebook. 

    TRAVEL

    Once I have an idea of the group and assess the need I will organize an optional group transfer from the Olbia airport to the villa. The cost is extra. 


    You might also consider to renting your own car if you want the freedom to explore during the week. I will be researching these options so that I can make recommendations. 

    FOOD

    We have a private chef who will prepare an exquisite vegetarian buffet at 11am and again at 6 or 7pm for dinner, depending on our schedule.


    Before that the guests can make own breakfast: bread, muesli, yogurt, jam, etc. are available. Fruit is always available. 


    Water, tea, coffee, milk and vegan milk Are included. Juices, wine, etc. is not included in the budget, but can be arranged through the chef. 

     

    SAMPLE YOGA SCHEDULE

    Retreat guests are free to attend or not attend any and all classes.
    In addition to classes I will be researching and organizing some optional activities. For example, in France we rented e-bikes and toured the countryside.


    7:30 to 8:00 am -  Morning Meditation

    8:00 to 9:00 am - Coffee, Tea, light breakfast 

    9:00 to 10:30 am - Morning Yoga Practice 

    11 am - Brunch Buffet

    Brunch will be followed by free time to explore, swim, read, socialize or do whatever you would like to do.

    I usually alternate the second practice between either a late afternoon or evening practice. Some examples are: Nature meditation walk, Sound bath and restorative yoga, star gazing meditation or yin yoga.

    6 or 7 pm - Dinner buffet

    The rest of the evening is free for R&R and socializing. 

    LOCATION

    Our villa is a short walk from a secluded beach and a 10 minute walk from the famous Piazzetta di Porto Rafael, where you will find small boutiques, cosy restaurants and cafés.

    The marina and a small grocery store are a few minutes away by car.
